I want to buy a old house. I actually found the perfect one in a beach town on the Oregon coast In a town called crescent  city. It's beautifully old on the outside. And I don't want to touch it.

Except the I side. I want to make it a new perfect level 5 drywall with minimal anything and completely white.

I think that would be sick. The house was only like 180k when it last sold. I want this house.
